We want to bring the best brains together to work on our mission. Working remotely together is what drives us forward.

When we get together for company retreats, events and mission days expect it to be jam packed, high energy and lots of fun!

Screenless

Being in your laptop is not working. We embrace, encourage and expect you to go for walks, sit in a tree, lie on the floor or go and do a yoga session. That time, while thinking about your priority challenges, a hurdle to jump, a piece of content to create is going to be way more effective in producing an impact than staring at your laptop is!

Be a human on a journey

We give everyone coaching and mentorship. It's a big thing. You should be engaged and open minded. We know everyone isn't a hippy. That's cool. We love diversity. We don't love closed minds.
