Startup Sherpa is teaching the next generation how to build businesses. We want to demonstrate that once your startup becomes your business you can run it in a way that produces exceptional results and provides your people with more than a place to work.

Startup Sherpa is:

We are a social enterprise that exists to teach teenagers how to bring their ideas to life. Our aim is to provide them with the skills to do that and to generate their own revenue of £16k by the time they are 16.

Everything we do, from reinvesting our profits to choosing who to hire supports our purpose.

Holistically Human.

We realised early in our journey that starting a startup is more than a practical and financial exercise. It's an exercise in self-development, hope, dreams and passion. We bring that to work. And we take that home. We treat our teenagers like adults so that they can create amazing results. We treat our adults like adults too.

That means at the core we trust our people. We design our business around that trust. We also recognise everyone is on a journey and that we are part of that journey. We build our business around taking that journey together. From Gaby being our Chief Coach, to our unlimited holiday policies, to our "do less" policies we're setting out our stall for 21st century working.
